This is UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
Found on the Ebay board, with Damon responding. A buyer purchased a high end designer bag. A few days later, a similar bag sold for $1500.00 less from the same seller. Original buyer demanded the same low price. Seller refused. Buyer does a CC chargeback. Seller followed ALL paypal rules.
Paypal GRANTS it because their seller protection policy DOES NOT cover disputes of quality. Paypal has buyer SEND THE BAG TO PAYPAL!!! Damon claims it was done this way to prevent the buyer from having the money AND the bag, because the seller protection policy only covers fraudulent purchases and claims of merchandise not received.

Neither Paypal or the buyer seem to understand what an auction is. This person should get another example of each bag, a copy of ebays terms, the definition of an auction from webster & head to court.
