insightwatcher	posted on August 1, 2001 06:46:30 AM I am sure this has been answered, but I even did a site search here, and endlessly on eBay last night and could not find the location to go to, to block a bidder. I have never had occasion to use this eBay Feature, and for the life of me I can't find it. HELP! Need to block a nut!! Thanks!!
Collegepark	posted on August 1, 2001 07:48:29 AM I don't think you can actually "block" anyone. You can canel their bid and inform safeharbor of this. If the person ignores you and safeharbor, and tries it again, they can be NARU'd by ebay.

insightwatcher	posted on August 1, 2001 10:30:58 AM I went in to Block two bidders, and found that one had retracted 36 bid retractions, and the other 16! We have almost never had a bid retraction, so have never looked into this before, but how many retractions does eBay allow - ENDLESS????????? No one makes 36 "mistakes!"....in fact I can't see 16 mistakes! What is eBay's position on this??? [ edited by insightwatcher on Aug 1, 2001 10:31 AM ]
