Might be time to consult an attorney and go on the offensive with whomever is initiating these unwarranted suspensions.

I am getting ready to launch auctions now, so I will sum it up and be back later.
I sell.............. "art" I have a competitor e-mail DAILY to ebay saying I am a past suspended user! they don't care if I am or not cause they like my numbers, problem is someone at safe harbor will not read my notes and just ZAP me.
I was told who the person is and I know the JA_____ . I am very seriously looking into sueing this person for "something"
I don't want to change my ID, let him move from the block......

I thought after the last go-round that it was going to take a supervisor signature to suspend you again. Wa happened?

Me too! I guess they though they could wait.
I had a supervisor call me, and a couple others from ebay call. They have done a few "things" for me (I'm from Chicago) and they are installing a FLAG on my account "now" So, I guess it's done, and the trouble maker is under a microscope now!
I think a couple PPL at eBay are concerned with my considerable damages I encountered through these "black outs"
