I think there may be a name for this style of earrings, anyone know? I want to put them on eBay & don't know what to use for a title.

I think it's a cat because of the long tail, does have funny eyes though.

What I mean is, what do you call these earrings that come in two parts with the silver ball in between the two pieces. Maybe they don't have a name, I just don't know what to call them.

Mcjane,
I have very similar earrings - also cats but pink and orange - and I don't have the faintest idea what they would be called! Maybe something like 3-D Dangle Earrings? I don't think there is a definite name but I could be wrong!

Hi - I've always called them loop earrings. To me, loop earrings can have any item dangling from them.

I always called these Hoop earrings. If they are enameled then you could name them in your title: Enameled Panda Bear Hoop Earrings......

Just my thoughts....~smile~

Not "NanasTurtle" on ebay

I have always known them to be 3D earrings.

Good Luck!

Enameled 3D movable cat earrings on hoops?
I think it is a cat but it has kind of a panda face and head within a cat's head.

Edited for bad spelling.

LOL!!! We'll get it yet.

If it were me, I'd do an ebay search using 'earrings +(hoop, loop) and then do a gallery search. That will show you pictures of different styles and maybe you can find it that way. I tried to do a search just now, but ebay is taking forever to load.

Yes, enameled cat earrings will come up in an ebay search.

Maybe put 3D or movable or stained glass look in yours to make them sound better?

Good luck.

Thank you all,
some good answers & some funny ones too. I think pwolf said it all, including the "must include" L@@K.

They are not enamel, they look like colored clear plastic was poured inside the silver metal frames of whatever the animal is.

I tried to look on eBay earlier but couldn't get in. I'll check now & try hoop & 3D.
I thought they were cats and now I don't know what they are supposed to be, cat, panda, bear or maybe a raccoon.

No big deal though, probably won't even get a bid!!!

Forgot to add, yes Katy, I will include "rare" & I'll even throw in "vintage"
That should do it...........

wOw! I'd call them humongus dangly earrings!

HOW BIG ARE THOSE THINGS?
THEY MUST WEIGH A POUND APIECE!

(I say it's a cat..... cats are often depicted as having prominent cheeks)

Love those enormous panda-cat dangling 3D hoop earrings. Oops - forgot enamel.

An update on the title would be appreciated.

Might even bid.

They only look big because it's a close-up.
The cats are 1" from head to tip of tail & with the hoops they are
1 & 1/2"
I think they are cats too.

I'm going to go with pwolf so they are going to be:
Stained Glass Look 3D Hoop Cat Earrings

I might even stay creative & change Look
to L@@K

Wow, great suggestions here!
I've had these earrings over 2 years, do ya think I could also throw in the word "vintage" ???

Absolutely ! 2 years is vintage. Think of it this way. The metals used to created the hoop part came from the earth and the earth is millions of years old. I think that is justification enough.

I've also come up with a new word that incorporates Vintage and Minty. I'm using "Vinty" now. It's cute so I know my buyers will LOVE that word. Feel free to use it at any time

Seriously though, I think those earrings are adorable!!

tsunamii Wow, you've got something here, a new word, always room for a new word. Love it, "Vinty"
Use it once & I'll bet you see it in 10,000 auctions...
I have a friend who refuses to stop using L@@K, he thinks it's soooo kewl. I'm betting he will use "Vinty"

immykidsmom Wish they were BIG, wouldn't that be funny, 6" long whatever earrings!!! & very Vinty.
