Yes, I KNOW this is a competitor, but I use Auction watch too......
Is anyone having any problems with Auction Trakker today and Ebay as well?

Hi Exec -
I can't update! It freezes..."checking error log" is at the bottom. I had several auctions end this afternoon. And more tonight. In fact, just now it updated (alone, by my preference for update) but when I click update......zippo.
I can't get onto the auction trakker site, either. Is it my system? I appreciate any response from you (or anyone else reading).
Btw, have to add...Exec I have LOL so much about your scary buyer problems in the past!

Hi Sue!
I didn't manually "update" any of my auctions today (I have them set to update automatically every 5 minutes) and the automatic updates work fine... but when I just tried to manually update it - it does freeze. So it's not only you! Looks like it's an AuctionTrakker problem.
Have you tried their help boards?

You have to get a log in name & password if you don't have one already.

Hello again Exec - I used your link to register, but still have the "freeze" situation-and NOW it's with their website! Oh, I'm feeling a dark cloud comin' % I sucessfully registered through your link..but can't get back to their site and I have not gotten my password thru e-mail yet. I'm hangin' on! If you have Auction Trakker- do you have a freeze situation? Can you post on their message board? Please post any and all messages you have so we can work together to help resolve the situation.

(I actually posted it twice because their website hung up on me too! Ugh!)

Hi,
I just manually updated mine -- it's working fine for me.
I'm using Build 180, which I believe is the most current version.
Edited to add: I just posted a test message to their message board. It was slow going through, but it did finally post.
I don't know if people's ISP's could be making a difference, but I use Earthlink.

I'm using Build 180, and my ISP is Roadrunner and I'm not having problems with any other program but AuctionTrakker. I just closed AuctionTrakker, and restarted it. Tried to manually update my auctions, and it froze

I replied on AT's forum, Valerie. I'm having no problems and haven't heard of any except yours. Maybe it's red worm problems, things are a little slow everywhere tonight. Don't be a stranger over there!

What do you mean about the red worm problems? (I have Windows ME so I'm pretty sure I can't get it, if I read about that correctly).
