What is the best way to contact Ebay Payment department? They billing me twice this month. I don't know why and can't find where to contact them. I have been using the automatic for a while this is the first time they took out payment twice. Of course the do it the slowest month of the year . . . Thanks ahead of time

traceyg - This may be outdated info. as it's been at least a year since I emailed using this address. But I used to be able to reach them by emailing:
[email protected].
If that doesn't work, you might just email [email protected] with "Billing issue" in the subject line.
