Anyone see where someone shipped a 40lb. live alligator via UPS from Atlanta? Package was leaking, UPS investigated and found the gator.

We are trying to reduce the gator population here in Fla. by mailing them to Ga.

rgrem, I took my kids to the Space Center awhile back. On the bus tour, the driver pointed out a alligator, and you should have seen all the out of state tourists gawking at the thing, like it was on the Indangered Species list or something.

We have to call the state trapper about every 2 years, because some 5 or 6 foot gator will start coming up in the yard. Can't just shoot the darn thing, that would get us in trouble, but the state trapper will put a rotten chicken on a big old tribble hook, and come back the next day, and pull it in, and pop the sucker with a 45.

It was an Ebay seller sending it to an NPB.

Course since we don't have gators around here, I'd have to make it a grizzly bear!

Paul Harvey said they used duct tape to hold it's mouth shut...the handyman's secret weapon!

I heard this on the news. The poor thing was bound with duct, or duck tape, legs & snout. How inhumane some lousy rotten people can be. I despise people who do things like that.
