Why don't you say exactly what you want to do, and we will try to help. There are numerous solutions out there, both integrated and separate, that can do just about anything an auction seller could want.
For instance, if you have a spreadsheet full of orders to send (downloaded from vrane, AW, or Andale), it is very easy to do a "mass mail" type function in MS Word and turn those data records into packing slips.
If you print on a form gotten from someplace like integratedlabels.com then you can have a peel off mailing label print out right with the packing slip.

channelfusion has auto emails. When the auction ends it send out emails to all the winners. Look at goto.com It used to be free and not it's not. I use eBay sellers assistant.
