How do you print your priority mail labels with delivery confirmation? I can't get them to fit, and would like to use free labels from the USPS. Any way to do this?

I believe the only way to fit everything on the free USPS Priority Labels is to use the Old 1996 or 1999 dated labels. The newer, smaller ones you can't fit everything on (if you want DC). I was able to come up with a few thousand of them, ask some of your local PO's if they have any of the old labels left.

Best bet is use the USPS August 2000 labels. You can fit everything but the return address. I then have some little stickers that I printed on super cheap Avery lookalike labels for the return address. I got 8,000 for about $15 at the local office supply. Just peel off your return sticker, stick it on the USPS label and your cost is negligible and you have a great mailing label. I prestick a few hundred on the USPS labels ahead of time so when they run through the printer they are ready to go on the package.
