After reading so many posts about difficult customers, just have to share this happy note! Just had an auction end...winning bidder sent PayPal payment AND message with his address even before I had chance to send my EOA notice! Best yet...(and I've NEVER heard of anyone doing this) he sent $1.00 extra to pay for the PayPal fees! My only problem now is trying to come up with appropriate superlatives (under 80 spaces) for his feedback! This guy has made my day...and week!

I said something like "Payment & e-mail in nanoseconds. Absolute best ever"...or words to that effect. All but a few of my customers have been terrific but this guy is really one in a million!
