O.K. Who is responsible for this latest stupidity in which a posters comments are being turned into clickable links to websites.
If you want a click through link on your site then that's your business, but who said you could piggy back a link on my words!, or any posters words for that matter.
Not only is it stupid and down right rude but I would suspect illegal.
You are altering without permission a posters words.
If you support an advertiser who has to stoop to cyber graffitti things must be desperate for you.
I post exactly what I say and mean. I do not need, or want, a third party sneaking in by stealth and using my post to advertise their product.
Whoever allowed this should be ashamed of themselves.

michelle, check this post.

Check the underlining on the words "credit cards".
Similar click throughs are also appearing on threads in the R/T.
Bob, Downunder but never down.
I don't get any clickable links anywhere in the thread other than the actal URL posted by iowaantiques around 5am. I looked under my Mod ID, logged off and had a look and then logged in under my eBay ID - no clickable links at all Some weird glitch maybe?? Perhaps trying the old standard "clear your cache" etc might work?
If anyone else is experiencing the same thing, please post and let us know. I'll be going off duty in a few minutes but the next Mod on will look into it further if necessary.
