i think that would depend upon when the bids were cancelled, was it during the auction then he ended it or was it after you were officially the high bidder and then he said he was canceling the bids........if you came out the high bidder at the end you can definetly leave FB and so can he

This auction was a first bid win dutch auction. I ask because the seller had these items with a buy price lower than normal on eBay cancelled all the bids almost at the end of the auction, probably after some people already paid. He then moved to Yahoo and did the same thing. Thanks for your responses.

yes any cancellation after the auction is illegal but still can happen.........as for the first bid wins dutch auction, there is no such thing on ebay...
