Todays rant.....
has a buyer sending us the bid amount & optional insurance but no shipping!
Right in the middle of the description it states winning bidder to pay $4.00 for shipping! (I put it in the middle of the description so they have to see it while reading about the item that they are bidding on)
When kindly notified they state that I should send the package 4th class and they will send the difference on the postage afterward! (gee, another buyer writing the TOS for me) I had offered to ship 1st class and self insure the item for damage, no further charge.
I offered to refund the total amount now.
This is one were I will not be leaving feedback until ours has been left. (if)
No wonder you have to lead the horse to water, they can't READ!
and, once again, I cannot spell!

What is 4th class anyway? Is there such a thing?
The offer to pay you the difference in actual postage after they receive it is interesting. Unless you state "I'm a doofus" in your TOS, I'd pass on this offer. At least now I know what eBay means by "winner bidder".

4th class is now either media mail or book rate - It needs to be a certain type of item to get sent that way, but it is significantly cheaper. I just sent a book media mail that cost me $3.58 to ship, it would have cost me something like $10 via priority mail
