I am not getting End of Auction notification for auctions ending yesterday. Is this a problem for anyone else?

Is that what is going on? They must have been down! I had to write my own notices to winning bidders today. I thought I had done something wrong. Good thing I read every ones FAQ's or I'd know zip!

In my experience, the eBay generated EOAs can come in 3 hours or 3 days. I would certainly not rely on them in any meaningful way.
