HELP~
I always check my banking account online each morning, and this morning there is a Service Fee from Stamps.Com for $115.65!!!
Have I missed some MAJOR price increase? I have been paying 19.99 per month.

They did the same thing to me earlier in the year - their explanation was they "forgot" to bill me for several months prior, so they billed me in one huge lump sum when they "realized their mistake".
It is useless to try and email them, or call them - you will get nowhere, like the rest of us.
Your best bet would be to close your account, notify your CC company not to allow any more charges on your account from Stamps.com and find a different (and better) service (such as Endicia.com).
When I closed my account with Stamps.com, I had used Stamps.com for 3 days out of that last billing period and they charged me a full $15.99 for that last month. What crooks!!!!

Yes, you missed all of our posts telling you to switch to endicia.com!
Seriously I have got a phone number for stamps.com as well as a "code" of some sort that will bypass their phone queue. I never tried it as endicia support answered my question. I will post it later on today and maybe you will have luck with that.
