QUESTION
Do the active x controls on your computer have any effect on paydirects site in regards to receiving payments or seeing that they are waiting to be accepted???
heres what happened... i recv'd an email from paydirect saying i had a payment waiting to be accepted. I clicked on the link and signed in. When i did that i got a message saying my current setting prevent active x controls from running on this page. I clicked ok and proceeded in. The payment to accept never showed to be accepted. My balance and history all were viewable. Everything else seemed normal. I do not recall ever having to change those settings in the past when i used paydirect. The sender of the $$ says it showed a debit on her cc and that the payment was still pending. This is after me tring to acceptif for 2-3 days. So she cancelled it and is sending another way........
I found that to be quite strange and i could not find an email addy to mail support with this question.....anyone have any ideas......
I also forget where i can change those settings
