rarriffle	posted on August 9, 2001 04:56:46 PM i had a buyer return an item by mutual agreement. how do i get my FVF returned? i do not want to file an NPB, he paid just fine.

rarriffle	posted on August 9, 2001 05:16:21 PM capotasto, thank you for replying. where I went in it told me I had not filed NPB and must do that first? is there somewhere else I file for FVF?
Eventer	posted on August 9, 2001 05:22:20 PM When you file using the NPB and use the "mutually agree not to continue" reason, it automatically refunds your FVF.
