i had a buyer return an item by mutual agreement. how do i get my FVF returned? i do not want to file an NPB, he paid just fine.

One of your selections onfiling for FVF is cancelled by mutual agreement, he won't get a NPB with that.

where I went in it told me I had not filed NPB and must do that first?

is there somewhere else I file for FVF?

When you file using the NPB and use the "mutually agree not to continue" reason, it automatically refunds your FVF.

Thank you all, I guess I was just afraid to even start through the NPB process on this one. Got it done though.
