I bought a chemistry text book today, I just noticed inside the cover it says International Edition ( then it says that this edition is not available in north america. I have done a searh and cannot find any listed on ebay. Will it sell? I know where I can get 10 more just like it. These are in New Condition.

Frequently, the int'l edition is identical to the U.S. edition, except perhaps lower quality printing, thinner paper, etc. The U.S. publisher has simply sold the rights to publish the same book outside the U.S. to another company.
I think you will get bids on it (if the U.S. edition would get bids), and the buyers won't have a problem as long as quality issues are fully disclosed.
OTOH, this would be considered a "grey market" item, so you run some risk of eBay ending the auction or the U.S. publisher filing a VERO complaint.
