I've put about 500 items on half.com in the last month and about "half" the time I go there I can't search, view details of items I've sold etc. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any problems with them...

I have often seen various sellers who list 500 + books or more that I want to search their inventory and see what they have to offer and I can’t bring up their page it times out on me. I list over 3,800 items and when I click on a search of my items it seems to come up no problem.
I think people are losing a lot of money in sales because of this problem

I had to update my Pre-Order list on Half.com yesterday and almost went insane. I wanted to switch some of my wish list items to pre-order but got so frustrated that I gave up. Since Pre-Order listings only last for 30 days I have to go through this every month. I think it is the slowest site I have ever seen. It's very, very frustrating!!!!

It is sloooow. Even with enough RAM and a reasonably quick connection, it can be troublesome. I would guess that they lose literally half of their potential customers. People just won't wait around. I don't post nearly as many books as I might like to because it bogs down maintenance wise. The expansion in offerings has not had a comparable increase in server capability.

Another thing I wonder...is there any way to do an alpha list of my inventory with them? I can't find an option for that.
