I review payment services on my site (not allowed to post the link here but it's easy to find)
In a nutshell: Ecount will charge your buyer for the payment and send you a check. I believe there is a fee of $1 to the buyer and $1 to the seller. I did have a few transactions through them a long time ago when they were free and they worked as expected. However, what I did not like was
1) they claimed to be free even after they started charging and only at the moment you were paying or receiving did you discover the fee.
2) they started off with a promise of $10 for making your first payment. No one I know ever got that $10. Without warning, they changed their terms to "make a $30 purchase from one our partner sites and get $10." So I was sending my customers to them and they were sending them to other sites. Not what I expected of a payment service. So I havent used them in probably close to a year.
