A bidder used Buy It Now in an auction. He asked how to pay -- zero feedback bidder. I told him to use the pay now link on the top of the auction page to pay. (Free Shipping if he used PayPal or Billpoint). He emailed me back in about 10 minutes, and said that he had paid. No Billpoint notification, no completed payment on my summary page. A few minutes later, I get a Billpoint invoice request from Billpoint for this buyer. When I click on the link to send the invoice, I am taken to an invoice page for the item, with the buyers remarks listed in the sellers comments area. I did not send an invoice for this item yet. How can the buyer put remarks into my part of the invoice? (This must be the new "Buyer writes his own refund policy" feature) When I tried to update and resend the invoice, it didn't change. Buyer checked his bank and said that the money was withdrawn from his account (debit card/check card).

No response from Billpoint Customer Service email since Friday, except an email that said they were having "technical difficulties" and would take longer than their stated 48 hour to reply. (Is that admitting that they are "technically difficult"?)

You guys are the pro's. So I figured I would ask you. Does anybody know how to contact Billpoint by phone? Or have an email address where I can actually get a response?

Sounds Like a classic situation where the seller sent you a billpoint invoice for there winning bid !!!!!

Now you can invoice because the service wants you to pay the invoice...
