Never did find a phone number for Billpoint, but I did find an effective method for semi-prompt response. Go to the Billpoint board at ebay, post your problem in great detail, and your phone will ring the next morning! It worked for me. But it might have had something to do with the idea that the buyer had access to my side of the invoice, and that's kind of a big breach of security for them. Anyway, I got my question answered. The buyer's address didn't match so the transaction failed. Hard to believe. I thought there was no address verification involved with Billpoint. Just thought you might like to know that they do have phones at Billpoint, and they do know how to use them. They just don't have phone numbers.
