I purchased earrings over 2 weeks ago using
Billpoint, asked seller what was the status
of my item? He told me he never received the
funds yet (over 2 weeks) and he never like
Billpoint anyway, I should ask for a refund
from Billpoint and then sent him a check!
I'm so mad, What steps do I take from here?
I have the orginal Billpoint confirmation.

Billpoint does suffer technical issues. We had a buyer pay Billpoint and we never received the email nor was their payment in our Billpoint account. Their credit card was charged. You can call the Billpoint chargeback number that will appear on your CC statement and both you and the seller should email [email protected] presenting all details. Turns out our customer was billed but our payment and receipt to us was cancelled due to a "technical problem".
Billpoint is not fool proof. It is entirely possible your seller has received nothing.

Thanks for the response, I will look into
this. I have to say the seller has 4 strange responses all like the one below. Almost as
if I forced Billpoint on him, I didn't?
I guess it would help if he really did look into this transaction, from the email below
it's like all on "me". This response is
after I asked Billpoint what steps are need to solve this, basically the seller has
to also go forward too. I provided him with
the "confirmation" Wow, this seller has
70+ feedback 0 negs. Can he really be this
confused?
"it's XXX. that's the
response you got from billpoint. what does that mean. they didn't put it
through or what?are you going to be sending a check or moneyorder?i don't
know .please let me know what we're doing. i'm confused."
