I was curious what everybody else might do when it comes to the avs address verification system in use of their credit cards, we have deteremined that we will ship to any address that the customer wants even if it doesn’t match his billing statement address if the dollar amount of the sale is 30.00 or less. Do you feel this would not present any problems as far as fraud. It seems that most fraudulent cases would involve a larger amount of money then 30 dollars and in fact maybe we should raise this to 50 dollars or more. Also we could check the amount of feedback, is there anyone out there that has shipped an expensive item to someone with a lot of feedback to an address other then their billing address and then took it in the shorts cause they overrode this avs system and shipped to an address other then a billing address. Was just curious as to your thoughts on this issue, as some of our customers are upset about us not shipping to any address other then their billing statement address. Thank you very much for any input you may have any information on this issue.
