Many of you were supportive when I asked what to do with a non-responsive seller back 3 weeks ago. Thanks for the input. Well, low and behold she finally answered after numerous emails and 3 phone calls. Thought you might get a kick out of her entire email which reads "Thanks for trying so hard to reach me. My address is: xxx" Absolutely no explanation and I read it three times looking for a possible hidden I'm sorry...didn't find it. This is someone with over 500 positive feedbacks. Lucky me I guess.

Sometimes I wish there was a NPS procedure (non-performing seller) similar to the NPB. Give them an alert after 7 days of no contact, then the buyer is off the hook if they choose. Three NPSs and the seller is NARU. Procedures to appeal, of course.....
