Just curious to know what you think of a seller advertising a bracelet as
Victorian Boheminan Garnet with a lenghtly description. Not until the last line does the seller say it's garnet colored crystals and the reproduction companies name. Even then it's not really clear that it's a reproduction.
Would like to know what you think? Thanks

Sounds as if the description is close to the line. I have noticed that some sellers don't exactly lie, but they don't exactly tell the truth either.
I have also noticed that the truth part such as, reproduction, item is new, crystal as opposed to real gem stone, etc., is often at the end of the description. I believe these sellers do this by design knowing that a lot of buyers look at the images mostly, don't read the entire description, and bid without really knowing what they are getting.
If the buyer complains or questions the item when they get it the sellers can tell them that "reproduction", or "crystal" of whatever was stated on the auction page so too bad. Often at the very least the practice is deceptive. I don't know if eBay has rules about situations such as this specifically. I suppose it could be considered keyword SPAM. Ebay does have rules about Keyword SPAM. The only option is to send the auction information to Ebay.
