I just won the high bid on a digital camera. I had just a few minutes to make the bid before the auction closed and thought I read that the shipping cost was $9.50 which I thought was fair.
I have just found out the TOS said shipping was $19.50!! I would like to cancel my bid...But can I? Help!!

No, you can't cancel a bid after the auction ends. If you decide not to pay for it, you'll get an NPB black mark against your account and possibly negative feedback.
You've just bought a digital camera, with a shipping cost of $19.50.

tell the seller you misread, and ask if the shipping cost can be lower than 19.95.
if he is making a profit on the camera,he may lower his shipping cost.
but dont forget electronic items require good packaging and insurance.
