Can someone tell me approximately how long it takes to ship a package UPS Ground (not sure what that means!) from Ohio to Pennsylvania? Approximately TIA

I never even thought of that. I feel so dumb sometimes.
For the record, it says 1 day delivery to the 48 contiguous states, which means if I sent a UPS Ground package today it would get there tomorrow. That's pretty swift if I read that right.

UPS ground goes by zones. anything within the zone you live in SHOULD get there the next day. Coast to coast is a week. All of New Englan (except the very northern tip of Maine) is the same zone, from Ma., for ecample. It has been a while since I used UPS, so I no longer have one of their zone maps. I would guess you are within a zone or two. Most likely 2 days. Their web site should have a zone map or a way to enter both zip codes.

Yep spittingcamel they had a "zone" map that I clicked on after I found the delivery times. You had to put in your zipcode and city and the destination zip code and city and it gave the calculated dates for delivery, which for my area said 1 day. I wasn't sure that could be right so I clicked on "map" and sure enough. All of Ohio and the first half of Pennsylvania (among a few others) were all the same color, in the same "zone" meaning 1 day shipping. At most it would be 2 which is still impressive to me.
