I spend my days selling on Ebay but once and while I buy something. I totally lucked out and found two rare books I was looking for and t-shirt. Three different sellers paid weeks ago. Till now I haven't had any problems with receiving my items.
The first seller said she mailed my book but it was returned wrong address. Sent it out it again first class, two weeks later, still not here.
The second seller said he mailed my book. Never arrived, many emails later he tells me that hasn't felt like working on Ebay lately!
He just happens to another copy. Never arrives.
The Third seller informs me that the shirt I won is sold out and he will be getting them in two weeks, that was a month ago, no shirt and emails not being answered.
I am just letting off some steam but....how long do you give these things before you take some kind of action?

I would be rather upset also. There are people everywhere trying to scam, I guess this is the way of the world. Media Mail takes a while. There is no guarantee on the time limit the USPS has and it could take a long time. But the T-Shirt deal is unreal. I would ask for my money back immediately remember his ID and never bid again. I would also mention that in his feed back. If he negatives you remember 1 negative doesn't make for a bad buyer or seller. Good Luck
