I've checked Ebay-Half and Amazon. Any other suggestions for sites to check for college textbooks? My son is a student at the University of Kentucky and I'm trying to keep costs down a little.

If you buy used textbooks for him, BE SURE they're the **current editions** required for his classes. College textbooks are often "updated" every couple years, or different books chosen for course requirements, so that the publishers can sell more brand new books to the students.
You'll find that your son can't resell half or more of his textbooks back to the college bookstores at semester's end because the books are being replaced with "newer" editions or different books. At the exhorbitant price of new college textbooks, this is a legalized rip-off between schools and publishers at the expense of students (and their parents), but there's nothing you can do about it except keep writing checks.
Good luck! My son just spent $375 for 3 textbooks---GAGGGGGGGGG!

http://used.addall.com/
or
http://www.addall.com/
Both are same site but the first url is for used and the second is for new books. It searches a bunch of sites and lately has been searching abe faster than abe searches abe.

www.efollett.com has a searchable feature that lets you find the name of the school, then the name and number of the class. They will let you order online through the university bookstore in the town of the college that they are affiliated with. I saved $250 that way last year.....
