Just recently I have two buyers pay by Billpoint for some reason. I DO NOT accept Billpoint and I told my buyers on my e-mail what I accept. They are still using Billpoint. Now, they are asking me to help them get their money back. One buyer even give me the negative feedback because Billpoint charge her twice. Then she ask me to help. What's the deal with these buyers? Can't they read the e-mail?

Does anyone know how buyer can get their money back from BillPoint?

Another thing is I don't know why some of my auctions has Billpoint on it. Anybody know how to avoid them on your auctions?

You're doing something a bit wrong on your end then. Unless when you're setting up your auctions and have checked that you accept Billpoint payments and also have the "Instant Purchase" option checked then a buyer can't initiate a payment on their own. There is also an option in the settings to allow payment receipt from a buyer for a Billpoint auction. Otherwise, having the Billpoint acceptance turned on will allow them to request an invoice but can't force a payment. The "Instant Purchase" option allows them to win the auction and then go back to the auction page and complete the purchase through Billpoint.

Somehow you're setting the Billpoint options in your auctions. A buyer can't ever force a Billpoint payment if you don't have it selected for the auction. PayPal payments, on the other hand, can be pushed through by a buyer if you have a PayPal account whether you want them to use it or not. As long as they have your registered email address your PayPal account is wide open.
