Do you think that a lot of stuff that falls off the truck gets sold on eBay?

I buy a lot of the same item on eBay for resale in my business. NIB and usually below the manafacturer's wholesale price for a quantity purchase.

I think a large source of items is dot-bombs that are being liquidated.

For instance, it was sort of a status symbol at dotcoms for all your employees to have Herman Miller Aeron chairs. About $600 a pop new. You will find a ton of these on eBay now and I would venture than 80% of them are from bankrupt dotcoms.

Same for printers, printer cartridges, and mundane stuff like that. Barely used and in like new shape. Didn't just fall off the truck, but very nearly.

My Mom used to get alot of stuff that "fell off the truck" from her boyfriend, now deceased.

New, not damaged. Easy access. He owned the trucking line.
