Was doing a search this morning for some items, and came across this TOS in a seller's auction....I have seen other TOS posted here in the past, but this one really cuts to the chase, doesn't it?
USA SALES ONLY!!! We mean it with the USA ONLY thing. We've had it with stupid overseas bidders who bust our a-- or leave bad feedback when they don't get their record as fast as they would here, or some shifty foreign post office screws up (or rips off) the package. I've had it happen to me. IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS BIDDER THAT WE HAVE DEALT WITH BEFORE, CONTACT US, LET US SEE THE FEEDBACK WE LEFT YOU, AND WE'LL HOOK YOU UP. Anyone else, don't even bother asking. Canada included. You've got Bryan Adams; isn't that enough? Anyways, you'll get denied, and probably get a nasty e-mail in response. "God Bless America" is our new motto. CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS!!! 4th CLASS SHIPPING CHARGES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED: LP=$3.25 CD=$2.75 7"=$2.75 POSTER=$3.25 ROLLED, OR $2.25 FOLDED. 4th class shipping. Shipping prices subject to change. Now, as for feedback...we're human and make mistakes (very, very rarely). Our negative feedback comes from people who don't take eBay's suggestion to CALL us to resolve the problem. We've solved a few mistakes this way, and the whiners who posted negative feedback are the ones who ignore this simple suggestion. (Oh, and one is a retaliatory neg from a non-paying bidder who was bent when we actually followed up on the "non-paying bidder" refund policy.) From now on, we won't leave feedback until you've left us yours. If you do the math, you'll see that we have a 99%-plus success rate (including happy buyers who don't leave feedback). We are really easy to work with, have a store that has been kicking Butt for over ten years, and, honestly, need your money so we can eat and keep a roof over our heads. We want to work with you, not against you, contrary to what the above may infer. Like Mikey says, "Try it; you'll like it!!". Check my other auctions!!
