I just did a search on someone's negatives left - I would have thought that these could be removed by Ebay:

Complaint: $th Class Media mail can take 21 working days cry Baby

Complaint: Buyer didn't read full description of item and complained !! about it

Complaint: Bedroom DJs with like 1 feedback always cry first. Telephone us dickweed. Rookie

Complaint: Puss could've called to resolve (as eBay recommends). Beware of this whiner.

Complaint: Ill-tempered lout needs a slap in the mouth and some business education. Rookie.

Definitely one to stay away from - whether or not these were deserved......

The only one I could remotely see ebay removing was the one w/"dickweed" in the response.

The others, while unfortunate, don't remotely qualify under ebay's feedback removal policy.

some buyers get what they deserve.
ever notice the smaller the amount involved the louder they complain.
like that used bookseller who went thru my feedback file of 3000 and emailed every one who has left neg or neutral feedback, plus the bidders of current auction not yet closed.
all because i refuse to refund 2.00 shipping,i offer a future shipping allowance of 5.00.
i forwarded her email to me,her email to my bidder, her email to me again saying she has collected 40 emails ,what did ebay do?sent out canned responses, the last one is asking me to rate their service??

I can't believe anyone would bid on that person's auctions!

Each of those could have been stated professionally and in an adult manner that would have made the seller look reasonable instead of looking like an idiot.

Sellers do get dinged when Media takes a long time - use the space to educate future buyers rather than name calling. I always wonder about people who are like that online - I figure they're these spineless folks in real life who get brave hiding behind a monitor.

Wow is right!

Like, I said - it doesn't matter if they were deserved or not - it's a very poor way of doing business and would stop me cold from bidding on the auctions.

Sadie is right - they're is an ADULT, professional way of doing things that doesn't include name calling or being insulting in the slightest.

And from reading the comments left for him, it appears that he doesn't single out anyone for his abuse.

Eventer, so ebay wouldn't remove the 'milder' name calling?

Nope. I've seen a whole lot worse feedback than this that people couldn't get removed.
