I bought 100, computer generated single tickets. I'm keeping 20, the rest 80 of them are now sealed in individual envelopes and listed on ebaY. BIN $10.00.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?

BTW. The envelopes will be mailed out randomly. I will not look. Promise!!!

You better send them UPS or FEDEX. It's against Federal Law to mail lottery tickets through the US Postal Service.

You'd also be very careful because many states have laws strictly forbidding sales of lottery tickets which are not their own.

Yes, in fact, there is such a law in Texas. I am blanking on the details at the moment, but there was a case where a person from New Mexico had a winning Texas Lotto ticket but was disallowed the $5 Million because it was determined his ticket was obtained in an illegal manner (resold outside of Texas).
