Has anyone here recieved a request after request, after request, after request to leave positive feedback where it eventually became harrassment?

I once received a request from a buyer that told they would leave feedback for me if I would leave feedback for them. I was confused because I ALWAYS leave feedback when paid and then ship within 2 days. I checked their feedback profile, and sure enough... I had left feedback 2 weeks earlier! I send them a friendly not stating that I left feedback on xx/xx date. I also told them that if they found this information to be in error, then to please let me know. This all happened about a month or month and a half ago. They still haven't left me any feedback.

If I were to get repeated emails I would forward them with headers to safeharbor. This may or not be auction interference, but I do not like pests.

I was just wondering about feedbacks myself,
I'm missing 18 feedbacks for perfect transactions, so I did email
Some of the buyers asking them for one,
No reply, no feedback... So maybe I'll
Try one more time, and then give up ..
BTW, does anyone do this?
>>>I'll leave feedback for you after I get one from you<<<
I'm starting to like the idea,
(worked for him, he got all his fb's, even the neg )
Is it O.K. to demand the FB this way?
I just feel that since the transaction
Went well and I left them poss feedback
That I should get one back...

As a seller, I always leave feedback immediately before shipping. I then notify the buyer that the item has been shipped & feedback has been left. I asked them politely that if they are happy with the transaction, I would appreciate the same. If I don't receive a "item received" email or a feedback, I will follow up with the seller to make sure that they a) received the item & b) are happy with their purchase. I won't bug them for feedback tho'....
Now on the flip side as a buyer, I receive a good percentage, most when the seller receives payment/ships. I have a few items here that I received while on vacation, sellers have not left feedback, and thinking about it tonight, I won't be leaving any for them. Why?...Because I did my part of the transaction correctly, communicated with the seller & paid promptly. IMO, (and I DO realize that THIS is NOT a popular opinion!) the seller who waits until the buyer leaves feedback, is just leaving themselves the opportunity to neg a buyer who negs them.

I've gotten to where on international orders, I leave feedback only upon confirmation of its safe arrival.
If I bought something and it was very late or shipped badly, I don't leave feedback (rather than the neg I feel they actually deserve.) I have yet to have one of these folks contact me for feedback-- I think they know why!
Quick transactions with good email get glowing feedback. Transactions handled solely through payment venues get a positive, with minimal input, unless paid within 36 hours.
So, did you leave feedback? If not, tell them why. Perhaps they would truely like to improve. Don't miss the opportunity to make it better next time.

It would seem that "feedback" is becoming a rare commodity, of late.. Sellers with hundred and hundreds feedback leave none. New people do not even bother to TRY to learn...(but for two exceptions last month...bless their heart: both from abroad..)
Currently, I am about to be stiffed: 5 days, has yet to respond to my EOA...I looked at her feedback: she keeps receiving them (26 at last count) and has left one...
I might never leave another one
I believe I mentioned this a year or so ago: Japanese buyer...asking me to please leave feedback...I look at hers: 140 plus...I check how many she left...one....Seems to be the magic number...
To all Ebay-ers: It's OK to leave more than ONE feedback...Truly... No law against it

I leave feedback for all buyers the same day payment is received, and I havent left neg yet, even though I should, but I just couldnt do it...What is so hard about leaving one?
I think of feedback as a "marketing tool"
Per say, the buyer can see
How my previous transaction were completed and how fast, and I take great pride in my speedy shipments and well packed boxes
It's a matter of courtesy and good maners,
We all say thank you to the cashier in the grocery store, why not say thanks to our sellers and buyers ...

Thank you for understanding,
That was my point.
Hopefully you'll get them.
