Hi!

Anyone ever have one of those smart media cards go bad?

I took a bunch of pictures today for Ebay, using my D-360L using two different cards. One card uploaded fine.

With the other, I get a strange message.

It tells me to make sure the camera is plugged in, change the connection speed, change the port, or make sure the camera is not set to outer connection mode??

If I put the card in the camera, and use the camera to look at them, the pictures are there, they just won't upload.

This baffles me. If the card was bad why would it work at all? But if my camera settings are not right, why would the other card upload?

I'm in the middle of painting the porch (daughter getting married the 8th, got to be presentable!) and probably can't check back until tonight.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

You might want to reformat (do this in your camera, not on your reader) the card and see if that helps. If not check the battries in your flash path reader as they may be getting old and weak and will read on card and not the other.
