I have the resources to laminate ads before or after the sale without adding too much to the starting bid. Should this be something I offer, or if I laminate the ad before listing have I just lost a sale. Has anyone any experience with this idea.

Chuck,

Definately do NOT laminate the ads! You could easily end up with air bubbles that could severely decrease the value of the ad! If the buyer wants the ad laminated, let them be the one taking the risk. As a seller, you should stay out of it. Most ads end up in frames anyhow... and the extra glare from laminated plastic can be very distracting.
