All of a sudden tonite when I signed on to print tomorrow's labels, I get an error 101 -- My account is not active or cannot be verified, and postage printing is turned off.
HELP! My account is active, I have a balance of over $50 in it, and don't know whats going on!! My password and username are correct and I NEED my labels tonite!!
Can anyone help? Harry?

Try a different validation server such as
www.envelopemanager.com or
www.envmgr.com
Maybe those servers are not down. Everything seems okay for me. I'm using envmgr.com

You're not the only one. I'm getting the same error.
Plenty of money on my account... Switching servers doesn't help.
Harry, are you lurking around here tonight? The server may need a reboot...

I'm getting the same...I just sent an e-mail to their CS. I had similar problems last week and worked for quite some time with their support via phone and got it working again. I was told then that they had just switched servers and were working out the bugs. Perhaps this is still a result of that? I'm going to try again tomorrow...hopefully it'll be working again then.

Boy, I'm so glad someone posted this. I'm having the same problem and have been getting upset that maybe my credit card was screwed up or something like that.
Whew, I feel much better now. Thanks.

Thanks for the hint about changing servers. Here's how to do it. First, open 'dazzle' (the software program). You'll get the error message, just close it. Click on 'file', then on 'preferences', then on 'address verification'. Change what you have (I had www.dial-a-zip.com) to 'www.envmgr.com'. Click 'ok' to keep it.
Close the software and then re-open it. I didn't get the error message. I haven't tried actually printing anything yet but it seems to be fine.

Switching Zip Code servers doesn't seem to help. (Not in my case anyhow.)
I'm pretty sure that it's the login server that checks your Endicia account where the problem lies.

The address verification server and the account server are definitely two different things. The reason you are not getting an error message now is because the software isn't trying to access your account. The postage printing function turned off from the first error.

Yes, it is trying to access my account and is still returning the same error.(I turned the postage printing back on.)
Postage>Options>Check the Print Postage box
Still doesn't work.

Received the same error tonight, and right away sent an email to Endicia's support. Will call them in the morning if I have to, as I have lots of packages that need to go out tomorrow....

Thank you all for your patience!
Our postage servers have been very stable for weeks, and certainly nothing was stressing them today (Sunday). But they had some sort of problem and required a reboot. Things look fine now.
