Greetings all,

A quick question. Whats ebays policy on having more then one id. I mostly sell vintage clothing, but sometimes come across other items which I would like to list under a different id (primary reason being different TOS for the clothing.)

Does ebay allow more then one id per seller and if yes how do I do that? I checked the site but could not find any answers and searching <help> also came up blank.

Thanks in advance.

Lee,

You can have as many ebay IDs as your heart desires. You can even use the same credit card for them. BUT, you must have a separate email address for each one. That really isn't a problem given all the places where you can get freebie email.

So how do I do this. Do I just register as a new user with a new hotmail account using the same credit card?

Thanks.

That will work just fine. Just keep in mind that, if for any reason either ID gets suspended, you are not allowed (by the rules) to use any other ID. I know a lot of people do it but when they get caught they are banned from ebay permanently.
