A guy who purchased one of my items contacted me to check my email history as he had already paid me. He had received an auction summary from me asking him to fill out a form. I NEVER sent this form to him. He already paid, I sent his package out, I even left him feedback too. How do I get rid of this form that is being sent out in my name? Thanks.

Ask him to send you a copy of the bogus email, along with all the headers. If you can't make sense of it all, find someone who understands how to interpret the headers. Perhaps Safe Harbor can help (don't hold your breath).

Do you use PayPal? They have an end-of-auction thing going now. Might have been them.
