Has anybody else had trouble trying to take advantage of the free listings in September promotion if you sign up with Citibank's service? I've been trying for over a week now to sign up and if it's not the website being down, then it's saying over and over again that the password needs to be within 8-35 characters, blah blah blah and I've tried so many different combinations of passwords and keep getting the same message. (yes, I know how to follow directions.... I did it correctly) I called their customer service and guess what? They're only internet based and they can't help me. So much for free listings in the month of September. What a snafu this was. VERY disappointed Citibank and Auctionwatch.

I went to the site to sign up got the same garbage and that was about 4 days ago (not for the auction watch thing I won't go through auctionwatch for anything since they started pop-up ads I don't care if it is only once a week). I figure if c2it can't get it in line in less the 24 hours then there is something to be concerned about in dealing with them. I will wait for the next billpoint promotion then join them until then I still offer paydirect and bidpay.
