I recently sold 4 lots of civil war cannisters on ebay. All 4 lost brought between $36-55.00 each. All 4 of the buyers left A++ feedback, couple even stating the otems were better than they have hoped. Well its happend about a 2 weeks after the
last feedback was left, I received an email from a guy claiming to be one of the winning bidders son. He demanded I send him his father money back to him through Paypal as he said the items were fake. Stating if I did not send it to him with 48 hours he would left negative feedback and turn it in to Ebay all this. Little did he know the
guy he claimed was his dad, left postive feedback and mentioned he was satisfied. Anyways, the letter went on to mention he would mail said items back to me after he received his money back. I simply replied, you send the items back, then I will refund
the money to the email address that won the
items. Well he was not happy he sent me another email threatin and stuff. I have been wondering is this a fraud, by some ebay
person to get people to forward money to his account?? Should I turn all this over to ebay and paypal?? I wonder how many more people he has done this to> Oh to end this, I di dnot send his money back, and its been almost 2 months and the items did not come back to me, and I still have my Positive feedback

If the item was FAKE and you ripped the Buyer off and the BUYER calls you on it within a reasonable timeframe, then a refund is in order. To the BUYER.
If the item was authentic and the Buyer received it in good shape and was happy with it, then ignore the son and block his e-mails. However, if you do refund under these circumstances, I will throw a virtual brick at your head! Grannies, where will it end? Your business is with the Buyer and not his nutty, rude, bullying relatives. Courage, man! (or woman, as the case may be.) There's a time and place for Customer Service, and this ain't it. Stand firm.

I'll be the second person in the brick throwing line. I deal with my customers only, the relatives/friends/etc can take a flying leap.
