As far as I know, ebay does not allow more than one USER ID per person.... you might want to email them and find out.

You apply for the second ID the same way you applied for the first ID. Go to ebay.com and click "register now". You will need a different email account.
Perhaps you are thinking it's like AOL where you have a "master" eBay ID and some number of extras. (It's not.)
eBay doesn't care how many IDs you have, as long as they don't bid on each other's auctions.

But be aware that if you close one of the accounts, it will wreak havoc when it comes time to update your credit card info. I found this out the hard way, when I updated my CC info. eBay wouldn't let me, because they said my account was suspended or closed.
And that was when I was TRYING to give them money.

You can have as many ebay ids as you want. Each one will need a unique e-mail address. Other than that even your billpoint credit card and bank account information can be exactly the same.
One note: The ids cannot interact with each other. This is the ONLY thing that is a big no-no. You can leave one of your other accounts feedback and cannot bid on each ids items.
Otherwise, there is ABSOLUTELY no rule against it. Even some of the largest, most respected, sellers have multiple ids. Most do it to sell different items with different ids. Others separate their Ebay Shops with normal auctioning.
Still, I do believe the largest ebay seller of them all, as far as feedback goes, opened a secondary one to sell things with BUY-IT-NOW (new at the time), since all their cds on their primary account sell starting at one cent.
Also as far as one can tell, you can sell the exact same type of items, down to the auction listing look and feel even, just as long as you don't interact.

If I get a new ebay ID so that I can have two of them, then what do I do with Auctionwatch. Do I have to get another Auctionwatch user ID? This is getting to complicated. I use Auctionwatch to store my pictures and launch my auctions.
