Hi, I was just wondering if someone could help me with a silly question.
When using the Paypal debit card, say I went to a restaurant and spent 20.00. It shows up on the detail of my account as PENDING. Now my question, has this 20.00 already been taken out of my balance or does it get taken out of my balance when it is COMPLETED???

It shows as being taken out of your balance. It will get adjusted later when the tip, whatever is added on.

Just click on "pending" and it will take you to a page that explains the transaction and then lists a number of FAQ's one of which covers pending.
