Has anyone else noticed the annoying trend that newbies have of leaving little nit picky feedback comments and either not emailing you to let you know there's a problem or emailing you after they have already left feedback?
We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy but it annoys me to no end when people leave feedback before they give you a chance to correct the situation. Email first and we will fix it!
I also dislike positive feedbacks that should be neutrals. If you are leaving positive comments why say "Great item but........"?
I sometimes want to leave feedbacks that say: "Good customer but can be kind of annoying" but I resist the urge.
I've noticed this happening a lot lately. Not only to us but to a lot of other sellers.

I know exactly what you mean. I had a newbie leave me a positive:"Great seller, a little slow on shipping" (media mail, which he wanted).
I wanted to respond with "Great buyer, a little slow." But I didn't.

I have had 2 newbies in the last month leave feedback as soon as they received the EOA-both positive and mentioning "fast response".

Newbies make me crazy! I had one that left a neutral of "Item received." WHAT? I emailed her politely and asked if there was a problem with the item because I like to try and make the customers happy. She responded "No, got the item 2 days after auction and all is fine." So why leave a neutral????? Weird and irritating! I wonder if she would have left positive if I had flown across the country and handed it to her in person?
This was my first neutral so it bugged me a little more than I guess it should but if she didn't have a problem why the neutral?

This week:
Newbie took 6 weeks to pay, only doing so after NPB and FVF had been filed.
Guess what?
I got a Newbie Neg!
I received a shirt that was said to be size XS came as Large! Very Disappointed!
Cut and Pasted from the item description:
Sized as a Youth Large, fits a womens Medium or a men's Extra Small.
Of course, no prior contact about dissatisfaction...
Learn to read, Moron!
Or perhaps it is a problem with your short term memory...it took you so long to pay!!

I feel your pain. I have had two NEGS in the past two weeks (of only 5 total), and both totally avoidable.
One from a newbie in Canada who was upset that I didn't lie on the customs form and say it was a "gift". Now, the killer there was he didn't even ask me to do it. "Everyone else does it, so how was I supposed to know I needed to specifically ask you to do it!" (actual quote.)
Another from someone who I sent the wrong item to. Admittedly I did have an error in my auction, but I would much rather have learned of the mistake via an email rather than via a negative feedback.
