I'm selling this for a friend of my husband....and I have no clue about it and neither does he. It was in a house that he just bought. Anyone have a clue? Can someone at Auctionwatch help me attach a picture of it? It's in my images and named lamp old 1. I still can't figure out how to attach images here.
THANKS!!!

If your image hosting name is ihula and the .jpg is called lampold1.jpg then it should be showing up.

You tell me which part is wrong

Yikes, don't mean to be sarcastic, but I can see why the past owners left it behind.

You never know with eBay though, might bring a bundle.

Yes, pretty hideous to my taste too, but that's exactly what I thought too - you never know on ebay. If no one can identify it as anything in particular how about some clues as to where to start..."Hideous electric lamp with lots of gaudy beads". Ok, enough of the sarcasm, but really.....anyone have any suggestions?

are the hanging prisms plastic or glass? some of these are cut glass and can go for high dollar

someone will think this is beautiful, but it definitely isn't me.

They're plastic...and one is missing. suddenly I'm wondering if it's even worth listing. But he doesn't care what I get for it so I suppose just start it low and see what happens.

I like it! I bet it does great. This electric candalabra is trés shabby chic!

I predict that is will sell good. I have sold lots of stuff like that for big bucks.

I would say 2die4 Shabby N Chic candelabra prisms. You must put Shabby and Chic somewhere in the title because that is just the sort of stuff people who like cottage junk will like. I would also go to the hardware store and add crystal prisms where the plastic ones are. They are usually pretty cheap.

Cool lamp~

Hi, are the flowers made out of metal or ceramic? Your lamp is probably italian and I would make sure I use the key words italian and tole in my listing. I think it will do very well on auction. There is a catagory called antique tole which is where similar items are listed. This is an absolutely shabby chic lamp. I agree totally with replacing those plastic prisms.
