I don't remembember ever having to wait 30 days to relist an item before it would be eligible for a insertion fee refund if it sold the second time around. When did this happen?!

Where did you find this rotten egg? You can relist it the minute closes and get a refund in my experience.

Sorry, it was just me being a bonehead. I misread the terms.
