I have had a lot of buyers claim in the last month that their packages had not been received. Whether it is a delay, lost package, or an outright lie on the buyer's part, I have no way of knowing for sure.

1. Which shipping sevices offer tracking (and to a lesser degree insurance)?

2. Are there countries to be wary of?
I have been shipping to countries
BillPoint and Paypal support, but
perhaps I need a different list to
work off of?

3. I tell the buyer it could take up to
three weeks (15 business days) for
USPS Air Mail packages to ship and
pass customs. Is this enough time?

The USPS will not investigate a "lost" package until 30 days has passed. You might want to let your International bidders know that until 30 days has passed, your hands are tied. Also let then know that once the 30 days has passed you will contact the USPS authorities & that they will in turn contact their [whatever county that may be]Postal authorities & conduct a thorough investigation.

You just might be surprised how many of those "lost" parcels miraculously appear?
