My vendor mailed on 9/11,i should have received it on 9/13 or 9/14.
since i did not and we all know what happen on 9.11 morning,my question is when can i expect my mail?/

Most of the Post Offices in the area are open but mail is moving very slowly. I believe that most of the post offices in lower manhattan - below 14th street - are still closed.
Also, those of us in the area are dealing with a bunch of sickos who keep calling in bomb threats to schools, hospitals, office buildings, and probably even POs (though can't confirm that one).
Give them more time than usual. I understand your anxiety to get back to business but the utter destruction is something that even those of us in the are haven't even been able to fully appreciate.
